The Griffin Inn is a listed building built in the mid 19th century as part of the Llanbedr Hall estate and is on the A494 Mold to Ruthin road in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Traditional and comfortable surroundings with a Tap Room, small lounge with fireplace, a separate formal dining room and a larger lounge leading out to a large patio and garden to the rear of the Griffin with views of the Clwydian Hills.
In fine weather the extensive garden is a perfect setting to enjoy a drink or snack whilst on chilly days a roaring log fire completes the homely feel. Hearty home cooking is freshly prepared to order, complemented by fine wines and a minimum of two cask ales always available ensures a memorable pint. Staying connected to the wider world is also possible as free WiFi access is available.
